Earls Regent Negombo

I was recently at Earl’s Regent Hotel in Negombo for a business conference, and the staff made the practical side of it easy. They were professional, kind and helpful at every turn. The hotel is clean throughout, with a welcoming, professional look, and its modern, well-kept conference rooms worked smoothly for our meetings. We enjoyed the High Tea, and the dinner buffets also had a good selection. Parking is quite limited, but we managed, and it didn't spoil the stay. A good choice for business or leisure.

The only small issue was a slightly sticky floor, probably from being close to the sea. Otherwise, we were very comfortable, with good hospitality and service. The rooms were large, clean and nice, and both the buffet dinner and breakfast were very good. The pool and restaurants were set up nicely, and there was access to the shore along with a lovely view of the Sea and Negombo City. The waiters were helpful and supportive. Highly recommended.

We stayed on 30 and 31 May and had an amazing time. There was a small problem with our room's AC, so they upgraded ut to an executive suite. We're so thankful for that and for the wonderful hospitality. The food was amazing, and we had a great sea view. We'll definitely visit again ❤️🤗

I've stayed at this hotel several times, and the high standards have held up every year. The service, tasty meals and warm hospitality make each visit exceptional, and everyone is supportive, professional and kind, from top management through the gardner, chef, pool attendant, kitchen staff, receptionist and stewards. Their care for guest satisfaction makes every stay memorable. I highly recommend it.
