We liked our family room, which had a balcony and sea view and was extremely clean, and we’re going back for two more nights. A fridge in the room would be a nice addition. It’s a great family-run guesthouse very close to the beach, and Anna and her family were kind and welcoming.

Right by the beach, so the location is ideal. It’s a great base for discovering Negombo, or for a first stop after arriving from Colombo airport. We felt right at home with this welcoming family. Fantastic place to stay.

Breakfast is served on the second floor veranda, with fruit, coffee, tea, eggs, and toast. The food changes a bit if you stay longer. Rooms are ensuite, with four on the second floor and two on the first. Room 4 is the largest and has a balcony. It’s a family-run place, and they make you feel welcome. They can also help with travel around the country. Easygoing and well run, with no drama. The beach is so close you can hear the waves.
