It's not far from the airport, which is a real plus. We arrived at 4am and still got such a genuine, warm welcome that we felt at home right away. This family-run place is a lovely, peaceful retreat in a quiet neighborhood, and it's clearly well cared for. The food was another highlight, freshly made and full of authentic flavors.

We found the location really convenient, very close to the airport. The room was clean and just right, and breakfast was absolutely delicious.

The room was comfortable and had AC, and the location close to Negombo airport worked out well after our flight was delayed and we arrived late. We didn't get the full experience other reviewers describe. Because of poor communication, we missed breakfast and had to go out to find street food on our first morning. We saw other guests enjoying a lovely breakfast, so this might have been avoided if we'd contacted the property in advance to request it. We think we would have enjoyed the stay more with breakfast arranged. Still, it was a good place to begin our Sri Lanka trip.

Hiran and Nilanthi were so kind and shared lots of useful tips for our trip. We really appreciated their hospitality. The villa is a great place to start your journey in Sri Lanka, with a spacious, clean room and AC. They can also arrange airport pickup and breakfast if you want. I couldn't recommend it more.

It's a clean, new unit in a villa, run by a lovely family who are happy to help with anything. Airport pickup can be arranged too. That's really all you need the day before or after a flight. Many thanks to Hiran&Nilanthi.
