We felt welcome thanks to the friendly staff, who were always ready to help. The hotel has a peaceful atmosphere and a good location. Our room was comfortable, very clean, and had all the facilities we needed. Breakfast was delicious with lots of options. We had a wonderful stay at J Leaf Hotel by Blue Bird, and I’d recommend it to anyone after a relaxing visit.

Our stay was awful. The staff were rude and unwilling to accommodate us, and the area smelled strongly of sewage. We had booked two rooms for one night before an early flight, but one room had around 30 mosquitoes and wasn’t liveable. Staff denied there were mosquitoes and wouldn’t help get rid of them. We asked to switch rooms and even offered to pay extra, but they refused. They wanted us to cancel the booking on booking.com to save money, which led to a lot of arguing. The staff came across as somewhat racist. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

It’s a clean, comfortable, budget friendly spot in negombo, and the staff are friendly. The location works well for an airport stay. It’s not luxurious, but the value is great for a short visit. Thanks so much for everything 👍

Close to the beach, so it’s a nice place to relax. J Leaf by Blue Bird Hotel is well maintained, with clean rooms, comfortable spaces, and good facilities. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff were very friendly. Highly recommended! 🌿✨
