I live in this area too. This is actually one of the biggest building projects here, with tourist and residents' apartments. The arrangements are costly, but the price is valuable and the place looks nice. Oceanfront Condos is the first of its kind, a luxurious beachside option for anyone looking for a home. With gorgeous ocean views, spacious living areas, and peaceful natural surroundings, it offers a home away from home. It has 54 condominiums across 4 identical building footprints and is 260 kilometers from the Capital of Sri Lanka. The developer is International Construction Consortium (Pvt) Ltd, a leading Sri Lankan general contractor with multi-sector capability, established in 1980. ICC has seven major divisions: Projects Development, Infrastructure Development, Building Construction, Water Supply & Sanitation, Road & Bridge Construction, Property Development, and International Projects. ICC is at the forefront of precast building technologies in Sri Lanka, manufacturing DURRA green building wall panels and ACOTEC concrete wall panels. It has completed many precast projects, including a 10 storey apartment building, the tallest precast building in Sri Lanka.
