The ocean is about a 10-minute walk away, and the beach wasn't crowded at all. The location is very good, with places to eat within walking distance, a short tuk-tuk ride away, or on the premises if you ask. Our bungalow was spacious and very clean, with two large beds and somewhere to sit outside. The owner and staff were friendly. There's a lake behind the garden, but a closed gate means you can't get to it directly.

It's on Nilaveli, Pulmudai road, about 13 kms from Trincomalie. We had a good, clean room. The AC rooms on the right have a spacious garden opening onto the lagoon, where you can relax. The staff were very helpful. The beach is close, but you have to cross the road to get there.
