Grand Turf Boutique-hotel

The manager, Mr. Indikar, was especially attentive and gave us tips on places nearby. The staff were amazing, and the food was tasty. We stayed for two days and were very happy with the clean, well-kept room and its balcony overlooking Gregory lake. Definitely recommend it!

The view was great, but the stay fell short for what they charge. Full-board dinner had only two choices, and the service and facilities don't measure up to other hotels in this price range. We had booked two family rooms and were first told we'd be upgraded to rooftop premium rooms, then told on arrival those rooms had gone to another booking. We were fine with our original rooms, but it's disappointing when a business doesn't keep its word. Parking was poor too. We'd arrived early and got a space out front, but staff later moved our car to the roadside to make room for a larger group. It felt like guests were treated by different standards.

The rooms were good, and the staff were friendly and very helpful. Being away from home makes good food matter, and the chef and his team really delivered: delicious dishes, nicely presented, and generous portions. I'd definitely go back.

After the Ditwah cyclone, I stayed at Hotel Grand Turf with my family. Indikar and the rest of the staff took great care of us. The location, food, and room service were amazing. Nothing negative to say. Thank you, Indikar.
