For a group of 13, we found Grand Sun Inn very good value for the cleanliness and staff support, especially for a one-night stay. The team were helpful, and the cleanliness stood out compared with many other places in the same price range. It felt like being at our own place. Highly recommend.

We felt at home at Grand Sun Inn, which is run by a lovely family. The staff were friendly and did a lot to make our stay comfortable. After a day exploring the beautiful surroundings, the warm, welcoming atmosphere made it a cozy place to come back to. A delightful stay, and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a hospitable place.

The mountain and tea plantation views from our room were a highlight, and the beds were comfortable for a good night's sleep after exploring. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the hotel was beautifully maintained. Staff welcomed us warmly from the start. It's well placed for nearby tea estates, Horton Plains, and the cool climate. My wife and I had a delightful stay at Hotel Sun Grand Inn in Nuwara Eliya, and I'd recommend it to anyone visiting. It was a relaxing place to take in the region's natural beauty.

At Grand Sun Inn in Nuwara Eliya, we had a peaceful, comfortable stay in clean, well-kept rooms. The staff were warm, attentive, and did a lot to make sure we enjoyed our time there.
