The team were warm, accommodating and always quick to help. I stayed for a few days while exploring Nuwara Eliya, and the location made it easy to get to the markets, bus station and popular places to eat. I had a wonderful time here.

The location was handy for Victoria park and the city, and the price was affordable. Our room felt modern and spotless, with a comfortable bed, a clean bathroom and hot water. We had an amazing vacation at hotel jaithra inn nuwaraeliya, and the staff were so friendly and helpful they almost felt like family. Special thanks to mr Prashanth & mr Vishnu.

The location in the heart of Nuwara Eliya was really convenient, close to town and the main attractions. The rooms were clean and well looked after, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It’s peaceful, comfortable and good value for money. I’d recommend it.

The staff weren’t helpful or friendly, and their attitude made an already frustrating situation worse. When I arrived, the room was very dirty and seemed to have missed basic housekeeping. The blankets were dirty too and clearly hadn’t been washed properly, which made it uncomfortable to stay there. There wasn’t a proper shower facility either, which was extremely inconvenient. Cleanliness is a basic expectation, and this hotel fell badly short. I’d advise others to avoid it and choose somewhere with clean rooms, proper facilities and respectful service. Very disappointing. 😡
