Booking all four rooms together works especially well for a group, since you can enjoy the bungalow as a whole. Each room has a double bed, and the place has the essentials for a comfortable stay, though some areas look a little old. The Jetwing hospitality was excellent, and Chiran gave particularly good service. It’s close to Nuwara Eliya city center. Meals can be arranged at Jetwing St. Andrews, just a short walk away. If you don’t choose the buffet, meals are usually served as Western courses, which may not suit everyone.

Chiran looked after us so attentively as our bungalow caretaker, and the team at Jetwing St. Andrews treated us wonderfully too. They arranged all our meals there, with real care for our privacy and comfort, and both the food and service were outstanding. The whole Jetwing team, including management, made this a memorable stay. Their care was genuinely heartwarming. Thank you!

We loved the view from Jetwing Oatlands Bungalow, and my family enjoyed every part of our holiday there. Kapil looked after us at every step, meeting our needs with warmth and professionalism. Dilip was also always ready to help throughout the stay. The service made the trip even more memorable. Thanks again to both of them for the lovely hospitality. The meals were thoughtfully arranged from St. Andrews, and breakfast came as a buffet with a lovely spread. During our stay we celebrated a birthday, and the team even arranged a beautiful cake, which we really appreciated. The butler was so friendly and accommodating. Jetwing Oatlands is a charming, cozy bungalow, and the in-room heaters made the chilly Nuwara Eliya weather much more comfortable. It was a warm, memorable getaway.

Chiran was such a courteous, helpful butler and went well beyond what he needed to do to make sure we had a great stay. The place was lovely, with a great view, and the staff were wonderful. We’ll definitely visit again soon.
