Olivia Hotel Nuwaraeliya

The food was bland, and the room had no clothes racks, so keeping my things organized was difficult. There was no water in the room either, which I found completely unacceptable. The service at Olivia Hotel was very poor, and the staff weren't friendly or helpful. I wouldn't recommend staying here for comfort or good service. It wasn't worth the money.

There was nowhere to put anything in the room: no clothes rack, no cupboards, and not even cups or glasses. The TV didn't work, and the bathroom had no running water. When I raised these problems, the staff seemed unconcerned and nothing was fixed during my stay. They weren't friendly or helpful, either. Olivia Hotel lacks basic amenities and customer service, so I can't recommend it.

The location was lovely and quiet, and our rooms were spotless and comfortable. We stayed for two nights, enjoyed the tasty food each day, and were very happy with the service. The staff at Hotel Olivia were welcoming and helpful throughout. Thanks to everyone there for such good service at a reasonable price. I'd happily recommend it to anyone visiting Nuwara Eliya. ❤️🥰

Our travel plans changed at the last minute, so we could only stay one night, but it was a lovely visit. Vinsan was a great host and even made our 15 month old son a special breakfast without us asking. We enjoyed our own breakfast too. The area in Nuwara Eliya was peaceful, with the main town just a short ride away. Vinsan also took us in his Tuk Tuk to Nanu Oya station, getting us there in time for our train. I'd recommend a stay here.
