The in-house restaurant deserves a special mention for its delicious food. A big thanks to the restaurant manager for making sure we got to try tasty Sri Lankan dishes, and to all the hotel staff as well. Such a lovely place to stay.

The restaurant was well organized, and the food tasted great. The restaurant manager and chef were among the best restaurant management teams I've seen, and they kept a close eye on everything. Hotel manager Mr. Aruna was the best I've encountered too. He spoke to us respectfully, and was kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. He keeps the place shining. The staff were helpful and kind, the room spotless, and the food fantastic. It's a gorgeous hotel in a very convenient location, and in my opinion the best in Nuwara Eliya. I’ll definitely come back. Thank you to the management and staff.

A memorable, enjoyable stay, with a room featuring nice, up-to-date technology. The service was good, the front office quick, and the food tasty. We also received special hospitality. I'd recommend joining this group of hotels.

The room was clean, comfortable, and in very good shape, and we enjoyed how peaceful the place was. Our first impression at reception was less positive: the check-in staff weren't very welcoming or helpful, and the food choices and service overall left us wanting more. Lakdila, though, was a real help throughout our stay. His friendly, supportive approach made us feel much more at ease. With better front desk and restaurant service, the hotel could offer a much better experience.
