W15 Glenfall Nuwara Eliya Hotel

The restaurant food was better than we expected, with fresh ingredients, well-balanced flavors, and plenty of choices. The staff took great care of the details, and housekeeping kept our room impeccable. Check-in was quick and smooth. Thanks especially to Hotel Manager Adil, who led the team so well. The service was excellent, and the hotel clearly cares about customer satisfaction.

We felt welcome and valued as soon as we arrived, thanks to the warm management. The rooms were very comfortable, the architecture was stunning, and the staff were attentive and genuinely caring. Even the flowers we received when leaving were a lovely, thoughtful touch. We appreciated the whole experience and can’t wait to come back.

I was pleasantly surprised that the property was closer to town than I’d expected. I spent two nights here last week, and my room was nice; the whole place has a lovely feel. One morning I had an early start, and they packed me breakfast. At 5 am, someone was there to check I was okay and that the taxi waiting outside was legitimate. Breakfast in the restaurant the next morning was really nice, though too much for me to finish. I definitely recommend staying here.

We spent two nights at W15 Glenfall during the rainy season in Nuwara Eliya, and the hotel felt cozy and relaxing while we spent most of our time there. The garden added to the peaceful atmosphere, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed almost everything, especially the tasty breakfast. The chicken fried rice, though, wasn’t very tasty and didn’t seem worth the price. It’s a calm place to unwind, and we’ll definitely come again. Thank you, W15 Glenfall! 🌿✨
