The internet was really fast, which was a relief since I needed a good connection for work. I also loved chatting with the sweet man working at the hostel. He has such a kind heart and is so interesting to talk to. The pool table was a surprise treat. Playing while peacocks and rabbits hopped around was something else. The whole place felt magical, tucked right into the jungle. Over two incredible days, we saw so many animals right at our doorstep. The owner took us on a walk to a unique beach just minutes from the hostel, and we saw lots of monkeys along the way. He also brought us to a lake where we saw crocodiles. Thank you for making the stay absolutely unforgettable!

Loved it! The hostel had a social vibe and a pool table, and the owner was amazing. The man running it played pool with me too 😊. The owner also helped arrange transport to Ella.

The staff were friendly, and Yala National Park is conveniently close. It was a calm, relaxing place to stay, near one of the loveliest beaches we saw in Sri Lanka.

The beach nearby is beautiful, and the place feels especially lovely in the evenings, with nature all around. Nanda was such a kind host. She cooked us good food and showed us how to get to the beach. I really enjoyed staying here and would come back if I visit again.

The bungalow was a great place to switch off completely. Dan, the owner, was really cool, and there was always plenty of cold beer alongside the good food. We stayed four days and were glad we did, since there was plenty to see and do. Two national parks are close by, along with a great private beach and Situlpawwa Temple. We traveled around Asia for four months, and this was one of our standout stays.
