O2 Villas Yala Resort

What made our stay at O2 Hotel stand out was how much care the team showed us. After we had to leave our previous hotel because of a serious issue, someone from O2 Hotel even picked us up by car. I then realized I’d left my bag behind, and the management arranged to have it brought back without me even asking. Every staff member was friendly, helpful, and committed to making us comfortable. Special thanks to Suraj, who showed us around the area, arranged small excursions, and took us to nearby beaches and breathtaking sunsets in the dunes. On a mini safari with him we saw more animals than on our actual safari in Yala National Park. The rooms were beautifully designed, comfortable, and private, and the location is just a few minutes from Yala National Park and near a quiet, almost untouched beach. After such thoughtful service, we were sad to leave. We’d return anytime and recommend the hotel to anyone visiting the area. It’s worth every cent if you want to treat yourself.

The villa’s beautiful interior and view gave the place a real nature feel. It was stunning, and the service was friendly. The staff were always ready to help with whatever we needed and made the trip memorable. Mr. Anuradha especially stood out. He was warm, attentive, and helpful from check-in through meals, making sure everything was taken care of and we were comfortable throughout.

The peaceful surroundings made this a lovely place to unwind, especially for anyone who enjoys nature. The staff were friendly and professional, and the hospitality was excellent. It was a truly memorable experience, and I’d highly recommend the place.

The meals were all very tasty and well prepared, and the room had everything needed to feel at home, along with a beautiful view of lush greenery and the beach. It’s a peaceful place, perfect for sunrise or coffee on the terrace while listening to nature wake up. The service was fantastic. Telina and Mike were patient, supportive, and kind throughout our stay. Telina also led a lovely beach safari tour, showing us many interesting animals and an incredible sunset. During our stay we celebrated a birthday, and the staff and hotel manager arranged an unforgettable bonfire dinner. That celebration will stay with us for a long time.
