360 Rainforest

The tents looked out toward the Gin Ganga river, and the setting was so calm and peaceful. Sinharaja Forest Reserve is very close by, which makes this a great spot for anyone who loves nature. Our tent was well kept, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and quick to sort out any questions or problems. There was a good range of tasty food, too. We had a lovely stay and thought it was great value. We'd happily recommend it for a quiet break surrounded by nature.

The rooms were big, clean, and comfortable, with a lovely river view from the balcony. We ate well too, both dinner and breakfast were plentiful and delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rainforest is just a five minute walk away. We had a very nice stay at 360 rainforest.

Mr. Lakshan was a welcoming manager and communicated really well, making sure our needs were taken care of. The staff were friendly and supportive throughout our visit. We also enjoyed the clean, well-kept pool, and the food can be tailored to what you ask for, including Sri Lankan dishes. They can prepare packed food for rainforest hikes and arrange forest guides as well. Sinharaja Rain forest is only a 5-10 minute walk away, a real plus if you want easy access to the UNESCO World Heritage Site. The villa is peaceful and offers plenty of ways to enjoy the surrounding nature. Getting there along the track is a bit challenging, though it adds to the adventure. The price felt reasonable for what we got. I visited 360 Rainforest Deniyaya Villa last December 2025, and it was a memorable stay. I'd recommend it to nature lovers looking for somewhere quiet near the forest.

Lakshan welcomed me with open arms after I arrived without a booking or even a call. I'd just finished a 20km trek in sinharaja, was soaked and shivering, and he offered me a charming little wooden chalet with half board at a very modest price. The food was impressive. I ordered bar snacks, Kottu, and breakfast, and they delivered on all of it. The chalet was cute and had the essentials, with good linen and a mattress, plus hot water and aircon. The neighborhood staff were kind and professional. I watched them handle a difficult customer very well. It's a fascinating example of hospitality in a remote part of the country. Be aware, the terrain brings heavy rain, so power cuts and minor weather-related inconveniences can happen. The staff do their best to minimize the impact, so PLEASE be patient.
