NATURALIZA

We stayed for two nights. The hotel isn't bad, but there's definitely room to improve. Some restaurant dishes didn't live up to their names, and the “mongolian beef” was the worst food I've had so far in Sri Lanka. Several parts of our orders were forgotten, too. Our bedsheets were dirty and a little smelly when we arrived, though they changed them after we complained. At checkout, at least four restaurant orders had been doubled and charged under both of our rooms.

My wife, our little son and I stayed here, and the food was very good. Chanaka and Chathuri gave us excellent hospitality and customer service. Our four-year-old broke a tea mug in the room, so I asked them to add the cost to our bill, but they politely refused. I really appreciate their humanity and hospitality. It's a real value-added benefit for Sri Lankan tourism. 👍

The location is peaceful and still close to Sigiriya's main attractions. Our room at Hotel Naturaliza by RSK was spotless, modern and very comfortable, with everything thoughtfully arranged. From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us warmly and did so much to make us feel at home. We were impressed by the great value for the price, while still getting what felt like a luxury stay. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sigiriya.

We stayed in our own cottage with our family of four, including kids aged 12 and 14. It was set back in the woods, not far from the main house, so it felt private and peaceful. The cottage was beautifully arranged, with a full minibar and a great shower. The grounds were clean and green, and the interior was tastefully decorated. We loved the clean pool and especially enjoyed the Sri Lankan breakfast. The staff were super friendly and helpful. It was simply a joy to stay here, and we'd love to return.
