At the end of a lane in the heart of Nugegoda Town, the apartment is convenient but quiet and peaceful. Parking is available for occupants. The building is old but structurally in good condition, though it needs renovation.
Nothing special about the place. The gate at the bottom of the stairs is padlocked, which seems like a death trap. In a fire, anyone without a key could be cooked alive.
Noise isn't welcome here.
A prime spot with affordable rent.
