The surroundings are beautiful, and the rooms are clean and really nice. I had an amazing experience.

The staff were wonderful and very welcoming, and it’s a lovely place. But when we booked it for a pool party, the water was dirty and full of chlorine. The filters may have been missing or simply not working that day. Sadly, all the kids came out of the pool with skin allergies.

There’s ample parking, catering can be arranged, and the rooftop lawn works well as a play area. The lobby has a pool table and feels relaxing, and there’s a nice swimming pool too. A great atmosphere for small gatherings with family and friends.

The hotel is nicely designed, with cool art and a good look throughout. Our room was large, had a good TV and movie channel, and the air conditioning has a super quiet mode for nighttime. Staff were friendly and interested in how our stay was going, and the food was good. It’s just outside Colombo, though a little hard to find.

The caretaker was really nice and helpful, and the rooms were clean and very nice. The pool didn’t look very clean, and the outdoor shared area was old, with damaged flooring that’s definitely a safety hazard. There were lots of mosquitoes too.
