Watching the sunrise at Sorabora Lake early in the morning was magical, something everyone should see at least once. Our adventure around Mahiyanganaya was another highlight, thanks to Mr. Asanka and his team, who planned and coordinated it professionally. The nature trails, cultural tours, and unique dining experiences were unforgettable, some of the best experiences of our lives. At Kevans Casa, we felt genuine Sri Lankan hospitality. The accommodation was peaceful and comfortable, surrounded by beautiful nature, and every meal was fresh, delicious, and prepared in authentic Sri Lankan style. We highly recommend Kevans Casa for nature, culture, and adventure. We’ll definitely be back.

The hotel arranged an early visit to the lake for sunrise, with a peaceful boat ride and then a traditional Sri Lankan breakfast on the rocks. It’s in a great location, and the food was good. The rooms were comfortable, staff friendly, and the hotel itself was nice. I’d thoroughly recommend it.

The sunrise boat trip, breakfast by the lake, and hike to Ratna Ella with a proper local village lunch were unforgettable. Asanka, Sanoj, and the team were communicative and accommodating throughout. Kevans Casa offered clean, spacious rooms and lovely Sri Lankan hospitality. A must for anyone after culture and nature in Sri Lanka. Loved the whole stay and will be back!

The staff made me feel very looked after, which meant a lot while travelling alone. They even made my birthday special with thoughtful touches and a decorated room. Over my two days, I went cycling locally, visited a traditional house, watched the sunrise, had breakfast surrounded by nature, and took a hike. Every activity was wonderful and carefully arranged. A beautiful hotel with even more beautiful people. I’m so grateful for the experience.

We had a mostly positive stay at Kevan´s Casa, especially for the food. We tried only Sri Lankan dishes, and they were great. Breakfast had a wide choice and generous portions; dinner was à la carte, and the special kothu and black pork curry were amazing. The staff were attentive and friendly, especially Lahiru, our "Kevan´s Casa experience" guide. We enjoyed both the Maduru Oya safari and the Rathna Ella hike. The rooms need some maintenance: appliances were broken, there were water patches on the walls, and the mattress was worn out. Bathroom layouts also varied between rooms of the same type. In some, the shower shares space with the toilet, leaving the whole bathroom wet. The outdoor restaurant had lots of mosquitos, though the fans helped somewhat.
