There were ants in my bed at night. I told them in the morning, and the only response I got was the room price, "2500." They didn't even apologize. When I had trouble withdrawing cash with my card, they said they didn't care and just wanted the money. It was raining when the owner's son went with me to get cash. He walked ahead with his umbrella and left me in the rain without one. When I asked if I could share it, he said, "Why do I have to care about you?" I've rarely met such horrible people in Sri Lanka. They only care about money. Never stay here. They're bloodsuckers.

Don't use the driver or shuttle service they offer. They seem to take every chance to raise the price, ask for more money at each stop, and take you to places they choose, probably for commission. Awful.
