The service was quick and friendly, and the location is excellent. Good food too, and a great place for drinks and parties. Highly recommended!

The front desk service was fantastic. The girls were friendly, helpful, and gave us a warm welcome. Restaurants are all within walking distance. When our Tuk Yuk stopped working, staff came straight over to check on us and help. The mechanic arrived, and we were on our way again.

During the wedding ceremony, even basic things like cool water and hot water weren’t available. The staff seemed unprepared and unhelpful throughout the event, and the service at Ceylon Sea Hotel was extremely poor. It was a huge disappointment and a total waste of money. They completely ruined the guests’ experience. I strongly advise others against choosing this hotel for a function or a stay.

We stayed for 6 nights and everything was great. The rooms were clean and looked newly renovated, with working air conditioning in every room and hot water. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the service was the best, with helpful staff who tried to fulfill every wish. The hotel is right on the beach, so we could enjoy a great view over breakfast. Thank you for a lovely stay!

The service was well below average. I came for a homecoming ceremony, and pretty much everyone left disappointed with how poorly it was handled. 👎
