Coco Palm Villa and Cabanas

At 6:30 one morning, chairs and tables were dragged around, shaking the room and waking us up. The next night a concert kept us awake, even with our alarm set for 5 a.m. We stayed in what they call a "chalet", but it felt like a tree house with mosquitoes and every kind of insect around. The mosquito net didn't do its job, and there was no way to close the window, so sleeping felt like being out in the street. The toilet looked like a torture chamber, and the drain ended up right behind where we ate breakfast. The shower had two jets, one hot and one cold, and we couldn't use both at once. And the restaurant in front makes it hard to call this a sea view. Avoid this place at all costs.

The staff were really helpful, but we couldn't sleep during our one-night stay. The rooms seemed okay at first, though they were humid, smelled bad, and had fungus covering the walls.

Breakfast was good and the staff were friendly, but the room leaked and the bathroom was constantly full of insects. I even found a cockroach in my bed. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

We paid the resort for six nights but left after the first one. The breakfast was okay and the staff were friendly, and the place was generally clean. But it wasn't beachfront as advertised, it sat behind another resort, and we couldn't see any sun terrace. Our room was probably 15sqm as described, but the only electrical socket was in the bathroom and wasn't working. We weren't refunded, and booking.com later asked whether we'd received one because they'd been told we were a "no show", which was wrong. I'd look elsewhere and can't recommend staying here.
