The building, grounds, and pool were all lovely, and the rooms were spotless and nicely finished. Ours was right on the beach, so falling asleep to the sound of waves was wonderful. The staff were delightful, and the breakfasts were incredible. We also had dinner at the restaurant one night, with Sri Lankan style soup, local fish, and a beautiful desert. All the food clearly chef prepares. A great place to unwind, and a slice of paradise.

What really makes coco special is the lovely staff, who were always happy to help. We had a lovely room, upgraded to one with an amazing terrace. The pool is gorgeous, and the shared spaces are great for relaxing. It's a lovely little hotel in tangalle, highly recommend :)

One of our best stays ever, and the beautiful hotel itself would be reason enough to travel back to Sri Lanka. Dinuka and his team ran everything professionally and went beyond what we expected. A big thank you to Hansa and everyone 🙏🏻

Every evening the staff would get our room ready for the night, making the bed, lowering the mosquito net, and lighting a citronella candle, then they did the room over again in the morning. The rooms are bright, air conditioned, and super clean, right on the beach. The pool was excellent and the staff were friendly and attentive. Breakfast had good options and was delicious, and dinner was amazing too. Easily the best hotel of our trip around Sri Lanka, highly recommended if you're after a bit of luxury.

The staff and service were faultless, and we had a lovely stay at this small, intimate boutique hotel about five minutes outside Tangalle. It keeps its old character while having what you need, like aircon. The pool is amazing, breakfast was great, and the dinner we had one night was good too. There aren't many food options close by, but Hiri is only 25 mins away if you want more spots.
