Golden Town Hostel

My friend and I had such a good time here. The people were really friendly, and the house, bathroom, and sleeping room were clean and looked good. It’s close to everything, and the beach is beautiful.

I only stayed one night and wished I’d booked longer. The hosts made me feel like part of their family as soon as I arrived, and were kind, helpful, and welcoming. The downstairs restaurant was a highlight too. The owner cooks delicious meals, and the fresh juices were amazing. It all felt like lovely home cooking. The place was incredibly clean, easily the cleanest one I stayed in in Sri Lanka, and you can tell they take good care of it. If you want somewhere clean, cozy, and friendly with great food, I’d highly recommend it.

I really didn’t want to leave. The hosts made me feel like family from the moment I arrived, and the place was clean with everything I needed. The beds are really wide, and there’s a nice terrace. They also run a restaurant where you can get delicious homemade breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Best stay in Sri Lanka so far.

The family here are so friendly and helpful, and the food is all fresh and home cooked. We had one of the best breakfasts we’ve eaten in Sri Lanka. It’s worth taking the little walk away from the beach to have a meal here. Highly recommend.
