The beach is only a few meters away, and breakfast was plentiful, local, and really delicious. We spent a perfect few days at the guest house. The apartment was clean and well equipped, and the host was helpful and kind. Highly recommended.

A beautiful, relaxing garden and the beach just 100m away made this a secret little paradise. The owner is very kind and takes extremely good care of you, with free coconuts, lunch, everything. Breakfast was nice with lots of fruit, and the room was clean and properly organized. Everything has been thought through. I'd definitely recommend staying here.

The beach nearby is really nice, good for snorkeling and swimming when the water is calm, though sometimes it gets rough. I've seen lots of cute sea creatures there. The guesthouse is just 1 minute from a beautiful beach, and I love the garden shower for washing sand off before going back into the room. I came for three days and have now extended my stay to a month or so. It's definitely one of my top recommendations for staying in Sri Lanka. The owner is tidy and likes to keep things clean. He's a kindhearted, handsome young man who organizes trips and helps guests find local food. He took me to yala national park in his van, and after the 8 hours drive my back didn't hurt, so the van was very comfortable. His mother cooks delicious meals. I was lucky to be here for Sri Lanka new year and got invited to join the celebration. It was fun and memorable. He has coconut and papaya trees, and I had a bit of both. A squirrel really likes the coconut tree. Peacocks walk along the walls, rooftops, and sometimes balconies, and woodpeckers occasionally come and knock on the window. A very interesting experience with animals.

There's a new building under construction in front of the room, with noise and dust and no sea view. I was disappointed, so we're on our way to another stay. Don't go there!
