Lotus Grand Rest

The host family were lovely and helpful, and even arranged a whale-watching tour for us that we’ll remember. We also had strong Wi-Fi and a shared kitchen stocked with everything we needed to cook. Our room was clean, spacious, and well cared for. The bathroom was spotless, with reliable hot water and good pressure, and the bed was really comfortable under a nice mosquito net. It’s a short walk to Mirissa Beach (Coconut Tree Hill), restaurants, and grocery shops. For the price, it’s well worth it. Highly recommended!

A quiet spot with no noise, and the beach where you can snorkel with turtles is very close. It’s family-run, with a gorgeous garden and a kitchen. Everyone was friendly, and the place was clean with a hot shower. I recommend it!

We had a wonderful six-day stay after finding this guesthouse by chance during a walk. The hosts were cheerful and attentive, and when my friend was sneezing and felt a little unwell one day, they kindly offered medicine. Our room was comfortable and clean, with a single bed and a double bed, a table, fridge, and small balcony. The air conditioner and fan both worked well. The hosts live on the first floor, while the guest rooms are upstairs alongside a shared kitchen and dining area. We enjoyed cooking there, since it had everything we needed, and eating with a jungle view. We also tried the laundry service, and our clothes came back clean, fresh, and nicely scented.

I spent eight days here and was really happy with the stay. The family is so kind, and everything was super clean. Highly recommend!
