Listening to the waves all day was so peaceful, and the view is incredible. The location also made it easy to get around. The hotel is beautifully decorated, and our room was stunning, comfortable, and clean. Tharika at the front desk was especially kind and accommodating, as were the rest of the staff. They were always polite and helpful, which made our stay restful and easy. We can’t think of a bad thing to say and would 100% recommend it for a luxury stay.

With only four bedrooms, it felt like being part of a warm family. The owners were wonderfully friendly and stylish, with a fantastic eye for decor, and the staff and breakfasts were incredible. Everything was accommodating. The swimming pool is beautiful and right on the ocean. Such a relaxing stay, and we’d love to come back.

The dinner we had one evening was delicious, with large, satisfying portions, and breakfast offered a choice of local or international options. The staff were warm and helpful, and even arranged a SPA session for us, a perfect way to unwind after our 8-9 day, five-city trip around Sri Lanka. Our room was spacious and clean, with everything we needed and a large, spotless bathroom. Right on the ocean, Saltasia Hotel let us fall asleep and wake to the soothing sound of waves. We could eat breakfast just 10 steps from the sea. It’s also within walking distance of Coconut Tree Hill, with what I think is one of the most stunning views in the world. This became one of our favorite hotels. If you visit Sri Lanka, experience Mirissa and stay at Saltasia Hotel. It’s worth every penny.

The food was epic, and the hotel staff were some of the kindest people, always willing to help. It’s a beautiful oceanfront spot, with a right and a left right out the front. My favourite hotel in Sri Lanka. Couldn’t recommend it more.
