Holiday Villa

It’s easy to get to Trinco Town from here. The place is decent, but they don’t provide basics like soap or shampoo. They also change the rooms people booked without telling them, and communication is really poor.

We spent three nights at Holiday villa over a long weekend in trinco during tourist season. It was the only place available, and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The host Ganesh was so friendly and accommodating, and did his best to take care of what we needed. The hotel is in the middle of the city, handy for getting to the sights around Trinco. Our room and the toilets were very clean, and the ACs and fans all worked fine. It was perfect for us. If you’re mainly looking to spend nights there and go see the sights, it’s a great fit. Maybe less so if you want to stay in and rest.

Our short stay left us unhappy and uncomfortable. The hotel’s standards were extremely poor, and we hope management addresses these problems to improve the service. There wasn’t enough water, the toilets and washrooms weren’t clean, and the kitchen was dirty with rats running around. The staff weren’t kind or courteous, and the TV didn’t work.

The rooms were good for the price and had adequate facilities, and the staff were really friendly. Location and affordability were the two main things I looked at when choosing this place, so I’d recommend it. The downside was room service: we had to ask for routine things that should have been there, like soap and a table.
