The hotel was clean and well kept, and our room was comfortable. The air conditioning and Wi-Fi both worked well. It's a good spot for a short visit, with parking and breakfast available, though we didn't try the breakfast. The reception man was the one downside, as he seemed rather harsh and could have been friendlier. It's quite far from the city center. Uber can be tricky here because tuk tuks are hard to find, so try the PickMe app.

We spent one night in a clean, comfortable family room for five, with two double beds and a single bed. It had its own bathroom, AC, a ceiling fan, TV, free Wi-Fi, toilet paper, a towel rack, table, chair, and mirror. The hotel also has non-AC rooms. We paid a reasonable price, and the staff were friendly and helpful from the first phone call. Uppuveli Beach is about 1.5 km away, and there are food and grocery shops within walking distance. Check-in was at 12 PM and check-out at 11 AM the next day. A peaceful, affordable option for families in Trincomalee.

I booked the hall for my wedding. It was a lovely, fully air-conditioned banquet space, and the staff were kind and helpful. They cleaned up and got the buffet set up quickly. The sound system and Manavarai setup need attention, though, as they still felt very old-fashioned.

We rented the banquet hall for a child's birthday. The manager was uptight and stingy, and didn't turn on the AC until 5:30 pm even though our booking started at 5. Half the air conditioners didn't work. Poor service overall.
