Maheshi made my birthday evening feel unforgettable. When I returned to the room, the staff had decorated it with flowers, and they surprised me with a complimentary cake. We had two rooms, both spotless, with amazing sea views and very comfortable beds. We also ate dinner and breakfast at the Captain's deck. The food was 10/10, the service was top-notch, and the staff went above and beyond. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely come back. Thank you for making my birthday so memorable!

The care we received from the restaurant team made our stay at Trinco Blu especially nice. Kalum was attentive to our baby's needs and made sure we were comfortable. Anjalie was friendly and helpful too, and made dining pleasant. Indika, the Guest Manager, was busy but still went around personally checking what each guest needed. His attention and dedication really showed. The hotel itself has beautiful surroundings and a calm, relaxing atmosphere, a lovely break from everyday life. I found it one of the most beautiful hotels in the world. We’d recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, relaxation, and warm hospitality.

Maheshi at the buffet looked after us and our little one so well. The staff were attentive throughout our stay at TrincoBlu, and the buffet had a great range of delicious food. The baby pool and easy beach access also make it a good place for kids. It was well worth the price, and I’d highly recommend it.

The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the food was fresh and tasty. We had a lovely two-night stay at Trinco Blu by Cinnamon, with white sand and a beautiful view from our room making it easy to relax. The rooms could use a little renovation, but it didn’t affect our visit. Service felt warm and genuine, almost like being at home. Kelum from F&B always went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable, and the girls at the front desk made it feel like home too. It’s a cosy place for a simple getaway with sunshine and sea breeze, and a chance to recharge. 🌊☀️

What stood out most at Trinco Blu by Cinnamon was how warmly every staff member treated us, with so much respect and attention. Jeyanthan, Mahesh, Ravi, Thanajan, Sudeeka, and Jashintha all helped make our stay feel luxurious and homely. The rest of the team deserves praise too for the care they gave us and the other guests. We spent two nights at the resort with my family, and all four meals we had were delicious. The pool was carefully maintained, and we could order drinks in our room or outside by the pool at any time. The ocean view was beautiful. I could easily spend an hour on one of the hammocks listening to the waves. When we arrived, we were greeted with kindness, wet towels, and complimentary drinks. It was a great few days in Trincomalee. To me, Trinco Blu by Cinnamon is the best resort in Trincomalee and among Sri Lanka's finest. I hope to return, and hope others have the same experience we did. ❤️🏝️
