Nildiya Mankada has great rooms and a very good location, as usual, but the food really needs work. The breakfast buffet was just chicken, eggs, hard-as-rock roti, and small pancakes. It tasted okay, but a buffet needs more variety. Dinner was much the same, very limited choice and average taste. I can't believe whoever plans these buffets thinks they're even close to a one-star hotel standard, let alone three stars. There’s maintenance to do as well. We had two triple rooms, and in one of them the trip switch kept going off, so some of us slept badly. The treadmills haven’t been maintained either. I hope management looks into it. Nildiya Mankada has real potential, but the food and maintenance decisions are questionable.

The restaurant food was excellent, and the staff were superb throughout our stay, always polite and friendly and ready to help. The rooms were great too, and the location is ideal for reaching the National Park. We’re on our last day here after an amazing stay. I can’t recommend it enough if you want a quiet base for exploring the park.

The place has great potential, which makes the poor upkeep and cleaning a real pity. Our room was dirty, and the sink was broken. We mentioned it, but nothing was done. They cleaned the room, but left no fresh water bottles or clean towels. There were plenty of staff around, yet almost nobody seemed to be working. This needs better management.

We came as a group and booked several rooms. The experience was amazing: clean rooms, very nice food, and superb staff who were polite and professional. They were so accommodating and always looking for ways to help us. Highly recommend, and we’ll visit again.
