We spent 9 days at this hotel, and the staff were so helpful. They cleaned our room daily and left a bottle of water each day. We could buy fruit in town and ask the hotel to cut it up, and whenever anything came up, it was handled quickly and efficiently. Our room was bright, spacious, and very nice, with both air conditioning and a fan. The courtyard was cozy, with sun loungers, and monkeys and chipmunks often came by. We had breakfast and dinner included, and the food was delicious, mostly from the menu. On Thursdays they serve breakfast as a buffet. A big thank you to the staff for making our holiday wonderful!

Tarusha, our Guest Manager, made our holiday completely stress-free. He was always around and dealt with every question or issue efficiently. The most memorable part was the birthday surprise he arranged for our friend. He went into the city himself and bought balloons, candles, and a cake. Thank you so much, Tarusha, for your great service and positive energy! We loved the hotel. It was quiet and peaceful, just right for relaxing, our rooms were always clean, and the whole staff were kind, welcoming, and genuinely attentive.

The apartment was spacious, with an excellent shower, and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast had enough variety. In the room there was a safe, a fridge/minibar, and a hairdryer.

I needed somewhere quiet off the main road to take a video call, and the staff at Epic couldn’t have been friendlier or more accommodating. They brought me coffee and took great care of me. Everything was super clean and easy. Really good people and good vibes if you’re after Sri Lankan hospitality 🤞

The food was really good, cooked after we chose from the menu. The staff were generous and friendly, and Unawatuna beach is only 100 m from the hotel. It’s an amazing resort for locals and foreigners alike, and I think the price is worth it.
