We were 8 friends here for 2 days in March and absolutely loved the stay. The location is the main draw, with Unawatuna beach a 10 mins walk away. Ms Lakma was the best host anyone could ask for. Would recommend 💯

Breakfast was very good, and the family managing the hotel were really nice. Our room was a good size, with a big, comfortable mattress, although the shower wet room was small. We didn't get to try the pool, but it looked nice. The hotel is on the main road, yet set back enough that traffic wasn't much of a bother.

You're really well looked after here, with hospitality you don't often come across. The garden is beautiful, the beds are comfortable, and the traditional breakfast is delicious every day. It's close to the beach and restaurants too. Highly recommended.

Cafes, restaurants, gyms, and supermarkets are all an easy walk away, so the location is incredibly convenient. The hosts are warm and attentive, and make you feel right at home. The villa itself is comfortable, with spacious, clean rooms and a shared pool that's great for relaxing after a day out. You can find Sri Lankan flavors or international food nearby. For me, this is hands down the best bed and breakfast in Unawatuna. Highly recommended.

We had a great time here with 5 friends and a baby. The villa is beautiful, the pool is great, and the owners are wonderful, friendly, and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious, with organic rice from their own paddy and fresh king coconuts. It's a 5-minute walk to Unawatuna's main strip.
