Mr. Lakmal deserves a special thank you for his generous hospitality. He went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and well cared for, and his kindness and professionalism really stood out. The rest of the hotel staff were friendly too, and always ready to help. We were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade when we arrived. All three buffet meals were excellent, with a huge choice at breakfast. The food was fresh, tasty, and nicely presented throughout our stay. It was a fantastic visit, and I'd gladly return and recommend the hotel.

Vegetarian dishes weren't always clearly marked or easy to spot, and at times the selection felt a bit limited. Clearer labels would help. Otherwise, we really enjoyed the high-quality food, especially the live cooking stations, demonstrations, and gluten-free and healthy corner. The staff were kind, attentive, and welcoming, and there was always something going on thanks to the energetic entertainment team. We also loved the facilities, from the pools and sports areas to the well-equipped gym. The beachfront setting was relaxing, and the Ayurvedic spa was a real highlight. The massage was the best I've ever had, deeply therapeutic and wonderfully calming. We'd happily recommend the hotel and would love to return. For us, it was a 4.5-star stay.

The rooms were comfortable, the food was amazing, and during our four-night stay there was a great variety. Mr Raveen, or Ravi, in the buffet was especially attentive and friendly. One thing that marred it was that some chocolates we'd brought from overseas and a perfume were missing after we handed the room over for cleaning.

The lunch buffet was generous, with plenty of tasty choices and very good food quality. The staff were courteous, attentive, and helpful throughout, and handled our requests efficiently and with a positive attitude. We held our corporate day outing with an extended evening at Club Dolphin Hotel. Everything ran smoothly and was well organized. It was a wonderful experience and a great venue for corporate events. Highly recommended!
