The food and service were disappointing. The meals were far too salty to enjoy, and the cutlery looked unclean, which raised real hygiene concerns. The waiters were also unprofessional. They handled requests poorly and showed little basic courtesy or attentiveness during the meal. For a hotel, this fell well short of the cleanliness and service standards I expected. I hope management takes it seriously and improves hygiene practices and staff training.

The pool was large and good, and I enjoyed my stay. It had all the basic needs, and the staff were very helpful. The linens and other things were clean, and the room was comfortable. I mainly wanted a quiet room in this area because it’s so loud with parties, and this was an ideal location for that. The one problem was that the mini fridge didn’t work.

We’d definitely visit again. The buffet meals were delicious, and the clean, nice pool was perfect for relaxing. Staff were friendly and helpful, and our room was clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed every moment. The staff welcomed us warmly, and the WiFi speed was great. The clean, spacious pool was a highlight and perfect for families. Highly recommended!

The food was a big letdown on our half-board stay. Breakfast tasted horrible, and dinner was especially poor. I ordered seafood pasta for two, but it came with just one prawn and about 4-5 small pieces of cuttlefish, with no other seafood at all. For a dish meant for two at a hotel in Matara, I expected more. It wasn’t acceptable or worth the price. Our room TV didn’t work, and nobody fixed it during the stay. The hotel didn’t meet basic expectations for half-board. I wouldn’t recommend it unless the food and room facilities improve significantly.
