The home-cooked meal my parents ordered near the end of their stay was fabulous. Madhu and his co-chef made a fresh feast and cleaned everything up afterwards. They only had to pay for the food, and wished they’d used the service more. The host and Madhu’s team were also very helpful when illness meant my parents had to extend their stay and change their plans. They loved the villa and would book again. It was spotless, with spacious bedrooms and comfortable beds fitted with useful mosquito nets. The upstairs rooms shared a balcony overlooking the sea and surfers. There was a roomy living area with a very large, comfortable L-shaped sofa, and a wonderful three-depth infinity pool. The garden opened onto a rocky beach, with a clear ocean and surfer view through the gate.

Madhu, Lakmal, and the team were fabulous cooks and looked after all our needs. David, the owner, was wonderful to deal with before, during, and after the stay. The layout is expansive, with an uninterrupted view over the ocean. The location feels peaceful within Madiha and is within walking distance of what Madiha and Polhena have to offer. We received exceptional service, and I highly recommend it.

The pool is the main attraction, and the villa itself is simple but beautiful. The staff and chef were next level, and the place was fantastic, we couldn’t have asked for more. My one suggestion is to get an Italian coffee machine, though the coffee from nearby shops is okay. Looking forward to bringing the family back.

The balcony view is amazing. In the mornings, we loved sitting there with coffee and watching the surfers. The food was so good, especially the coconut pancakes, and Madhu and his team cooked delicious breakfasts and dinners for us. We just paid for the ingredients, and they also helped arrange trips. The villa had everything we needed, including a pool, thoughtfully placed mats, and a washing machine. All three beds were comfortable and had mosquito nets, which gave us some peace of mind. There are some lovely restaurants nearby, with the most reasonable prices we came across on our holiday. We had a wonderful time at Chillax Villas, it exceeded our expectations, and we’re definitely planning to return.

The food was so delicious, and the view was lovely, that we extended our stay. Mr. Madhu and his friend were great hosts and served everything we asked for. Such a beautiful, relaxing place for friends and family. Everything gets a 10/10.
