360 Surf Weligama Bay

Our ground-floor room was clean, and the house was really quiet. The location was good, breakfast was great, and the staff were kind. The manager was always around with a smile and ready to help. Good value for the money.

We had a calm, relaxing stay, with direct access to the beach. The villa has a lovely garden, a clean pool, and comfortable rooms that are kept in good shape. Highly recommend it ❤️

Waking up to the waves was priceless. We had a spotless, comfortable room, and the balcony looked straight out over the sea.

The bedroom had a lovely sea view, and the bed was comfortable. I was glad there was a duvet, and breakfast was nice too. The place is right on the beach, though it’s a 15-20 minute walk to the main town, with only a couple of places to eat nearby. Outpost is worth a try. There was no cupboard or storage space, and a fridge in the room or shared area would have helped. Our early check-in for 11am had been confirmed, but when we arrived at noon the room wasn’t ready. We could leave our bags, but there wasn’t a toilet where we could change or use the bathroom. We went to lunch and came back at 1:30pm, after the usual 1pm check-in time, and the room still wasn’t ready. We’d booked half board, but only learned after checking in that it wasn’t available. They offered a discount, but initially wanted to take only 10k rupees off, when the difference was closer to 18k. We eventually settled on 16K, and he still called it a “big discount.” The property needs a lot of TLC. The bath towel had holes, knobs were coming off the bedside table, parts of the pool surround were missing, the pool stairs were loose, and the outdoor shower was breaking. Better communication, cupboards, and a fridge would help too. I was very disappointed and felt a bit scammed.
