Diamond House is well placed, right in town and about a five-minute walk from the railway station. The beach and its great surfing are close by, while nights stay quiet. We had a lovely five days here. The family were kind, polite and always helpful. Our room was clean and nice, with a roomy balcony furnished with a table and chairs. I'd definitely recommend staying here.

The room was spacious, and having a terrace was a plus, but the place seemed poorly maintained and made our one-night stay uncomfortable. On arrival, our room wasn't ready, and though they rushed to get one prepared, neither the room nor bathroom lights worked. It wasn't as clean as we'd expected, the shower had no hot water, and the pressure was weak. The terrace door had lots of holes, so bugs got into the room at night.
