Bella Casa Hotel

The location is awesome, and the rooms are beautiful. It feels like a home away from home and is worth what you pay. The staff are great too. Book a room and you won't regret it!

We went to Bella Casa for the lunch buffet after a friend took us there, and it was amazing. There was a good mix of African and American food, which worked well for us as Americans visiting Liberia. Lots of choices, and the amount of food was well worth the more than reasonable price. The service was amazing, and even the desserts were delicious. Highly recommended!

The main hiccup was that I had the only key to my room. I didn't get the expected cleaning until I asked at the front desk, where they explained that to me. Otherwise, it's a good, straightforward hotel with friendly staff and a quality breakfast. The restaurant's meals were great, though some menu items might not be available.

The rooms were spacious and clean, the Wi-Fi was very good, and the front desk staff were pleasant and did their best to make us comfortable. But maintenance needs attention. My toilet door was off its hinges and the drawers stuck out, though a carpenter could probably fix those little things in minutes. The door hinges also needed to be screwed back on. The bathroom cistern was faulty and kept leaking. I lifted the lid to stop the water running because I was thinking about the environmental impact, then left it open when I went out, expecting housekeeping, who were already making rounds, to report it for a same-day fix. When I got back from work that evening, it was still leaking. The hotel needs to overhaul its maintenance practices or it could be run down within a couple of months. Aside from these snags, I would recommend it.
