The place itself is nice, but on arrival they couldn't find who we were or how we'd booked, so we could easily have been put in the wrong room. Breakfast was okay the first morning. The next day was a disaster. A soccer team was there, and the staff concentrated on welcoming them and forgot the other guests. We felt in the way, had to ask for everything from a knife to salt, and the food was awful and greasy. We ended up eating only bread and butter, then checked out.

The rooms have the basics, a bed, uncomfortable pillows, and a coffee station, and they're not too bad if all you need is somewhere to sleep. The room cleanliness wasn't very impressive, though, and customer care needs work across the board, from the security guards and reception to the cleaning staff and waiters.

It's a very good place, though the location is really bad.

The rooms we eventually got were comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. They're a bit dated, but we had no problems, and dinner at the restaurant was nice. The staff were kind. At first, an employee said someone else had booked our room, but after a few mix ups we were shown other rooms. There aren't many places to stay in this part of Lesotho, so I'd recommend it.

Great food and friendly service. They could improve the gluten-free choices, though.
