I didn’t stay overnight. Some friends were staying here while we were in Lesotho, so I visited them one evening and had food and drinks at the Sky bar. The views over Maseru from up there were simply AMAZING. I had chicken wings and a whole trout, and the food was great.

The food was enjoyable, and the rooms were neat and well kept with good housekeeping. The bathrooms are on the small side, but the stay was still a positive one. Thabeng Hotel feels welcoming and comfortable, and the attentive, professional staff are genuinely kind and make you feel looked after. I’d gladly stay again.

The ambiance is great, and the owners are friendly and easy to reach. Drink prices are fair too. The place has promise and could become really good, though it isn’t quite there yet. Some extra hospitality training for the waiters would go a long way.

Tsilo made the birthday party a memorable time with outstanding service. We got a warm welcome at reception, and the facilities were top-notch. The food was fresh, delicious and had plenty of variety. For a group of 21, the pricing was very reasonable. I had an excellent experience!

Thursday sundowners at the Skyline Lounge were a treat. The indoor and outdoor seating both suit the lounge, and it’s chic. Service was prompt, with no difference between the restaurant and bar areas. Highly recommend it. Thanks, Thabang Hotel, Skyline Lounge.
