The rooms are a good size and the location works well. What stood out most was the staff: from the cleaning lady to the restaurant team, everyone was friendly and did a great job. The food was good too. The spa area is small, but there are plenty of other spa places around, so it wasn't a big problem.

We came for one night with my wife and were able to check in at noon, even though the listed check-in time was 15:00. Our room wasn't big, but it was tidy and clean, and looked recently refurbished. The bed was especially comfortable, and we both slept like babies. We also had a lovely view of the Nemunas river. Unlike at other hotels we've visited, the coffee, tea and bottled water in the room bar were free. At dinner, we ordered octopus, but our charming waitress and barmaid, Jolanta, said it wasn't worth the price and suggested squid instead. The food was delicious and fair for the price. Our thanks to Jolanta and the chef for that. One small thing: I asked for a simple Jager bomb, but it wasn't available, so they could add more cocktail options. Breakfast had a great selection, and everything was fresh and nicely served. My wife also wants me to thank the chef for the breakfast pancakes with curd, apples and spices. We really appreciated the reception, service and comfort, and will stay again and tell our friends. Thanks to Violeta's Management and staff. See you soon.

We enjoyed our first night so much that we decided to stay for another. We used the pools and sauna on both days and were pleasantly surprised by how good the facilities were.

Even with lots of guests staying there, it was very quiet. The rooms were comfortable, clean and had everything you might need, and the staff were very nice. The SPA was beautiful.
