The hosts were quick to respond when we had requests. The apartment was comfortable, and its location was great for walking along the canal to the ferry and old town.

The people renting the apartment were poor at communication and management, which made the stay disappointing. That's a shame because the apartment itself was comfortable and the house is in a really nice, well situated spot.

Once we got inside, the owners avoided our calls and emails, and there was no wifi. Getting there with luggage was already difficult: it’s on the fifth floor with no elevator, and it’s right beside a major road. The floors look like they’re from the DDR. The apartment itself is modern and clean, but I wouldn’t sleep here.

The apartment is right in the centre, in a convenient spot, and it was tidy. It has all the household appliances you need, plus coffee and tea.
