Panorama Hotel

The room was good for a one-night stay, with a decent bathroom that was small but sufficient. It was a great price, and I liked the view of the train station. We were on the fourth floor, so it wasn’t too noisy. Some decorating was underway upstairs as new rooms were being prepared, though the noise didn’t last long. From the other side of the building, there’s a view of Gediminas castle. The location is very good, next to the train and bus stations.

The staff were so friendly and nice, and they even upgraded me for free to the best room in the hotel. I’d asked for a queen bed, an old town view, and a kettle, although I’d booked a standard twin room without a kettle. They gave me a superior room with a queen bed and a panoramic view from the top floor. I really liked looking out over the old town. Whenever I’m in Vilnius, I’ll stay at this hotel.

The staff are super friendly and try to help with everything. Communicating in English is a little difficult, but possible. Rooms are okay and the beds are comfortable, though the bathroom is quite small and our light was broken. The breakfast buffet doesn’t have much variety, but for the price it’s worth it, especially with the hotel close to the train station and airport.

The hotel’s best feature is its location, just a two-minute walk from the train station and 15 minutes on foot from the old city center. The breakfast wasn’t good, with no sweet options and old vegetables. The bedroom and bathroom need proper cleaning, renovation, or both. The shower curtain is no longer white, and the tiles are dirty, maybe moldy.
