The courtyard is the sort of place where you could happily spend the whole day, reading in a hammock or swinging under the pine trees. Set on a hill above the lagoon, this is one of Nida's most unusual places, something that's getting rare now. The rooms feel cozy and homey, with the lagoon visible through the window. Kastytis has a special atmosphere, with its authentic 70s architecture and consistently nice music. The staff are kind and ready to help, and the shared kitchen has all sorts of equipment for everyday cooking. If you run out of something, you can take what you need from the shared cupboard. It gives the place a lovely community feel. I 100% recommend staying here for a special experience! 💚

There were bugs everywhere, the bed was awful, and I could feel the planks through the mattress. The toilets and showers are outdoors.

Such a simple, lovely place, with a cozy and humane atmosphere. The location in Nida is beautiful, and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

I didn't expect so much comfort and coziness for a relatively low price. The shared showers and kitchen were always clean and tidy. After I checked out, I left my things for a while and came back to find a warm note on my flip flop. The owners and administrators really care about their visitors.

Between the big pines in the courtyard, there are hammocks and swings, and the sea and pines make a wonderful tune together. The hotel sits by the bay rather than on the seashore, which means it’s quiet. You can get to the sea easily on foot or by renting bicycles. It’s a charming place to watch the sunrise on the summer solstice, surrounded by beautiful nature cared for by kind people. The hotel decor is simple, and the room and grounds are clean. The calm, friendly staff left a good impression.
