The ribs were tender, juicy, and packed with flavor, and the fries and coleslaw went well with them. I also had the meringue cake for dessert, which was light and nicely balanced. The service was friendly, and the place had a cozy feel. I'd come back.

We felt welcome from the moment we arrived at hotel ‘Salos’, and the staff stayed attentive and friendly throughout. It was easy to get around Trakai too, since everything we needed was close by. The meals were a highlight, both tasty and beautifully presented. The chef and kitchen team deserve credit for their work. We had a comfortable stay and enjoyed the dining so much that we'd happily return. We recommend hotel ‘Salos’ to anyone visiting Trakai, Lithuania.

Jurgita, the hotel owner, has been so hospitable, and the food is delicious. Whenever we're in Trakai, we come back for the peaceful atmosphere. There are also two lovely lakes and a castle nearby.

We stayed with our three children, and the spacious, clean room worked well for the family. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the food was excellent and reasonably priced. From the hotel you get an amazing view, and the castle is within walking distance. Trakai is about a 30-minute drive from Vilnius. I'd definitely recommend the hotel and restaurant.

The room, breakfast, and service were all okay, and we had a lovely view of the lake. But there was no AC, which made the hot night uncomfortable. A party in the event hall downstairs carried on until 2 am, with music loud enough to make the whole building vibrate. Maybe weekdays are different, but our weekend stay wasn't the best.
