AC Hotel by Marriott Vilnius

I slept really well here, thanks to the quiet, clean room and cozy bed. The calm atmosphere was a welcome break after busy days exploring or working. Staff were attentive and professional, and happy to help with questions or requests. Breakfast was fresh, varied and nicely presented. Getting into the city center and to other attractions was convenient too. AC Hotel Vilnius has a modern, elegant look that still feels comfortable, and I’d gladly recommend it for either work or a leisure trip.

That little Nespresso machine in the room was just right for slow mornings. We hadn't expected much, but the hotel turned out to be perfect for our trip, very clean, cozy and fancy, with a modern, stylish feel. The receptionists were kind and available. Since our flight was late, they let us leave our bags in a room while we went to see the town. There’s a bakery close by that’s worth trying, maybe more than once. Slippers would be a nice addition in future.

I’ll definitely come back on another visit. Breakfast was tasty, and our room was clean with a splendid view over the city. The interior has an elegant, artistic feel throughout, and the staff were welcoming and accommodating from check-in. The stay went well beyond what I expected.

The location was fantastic, and the front desk staff did try to help. I had an okay stay otherwise. The room’s air conditioning barely worked, and even after asking at reception we were told the temperature couldn’t go below 21 degrees. The bar downstairs is great, but it was awkward seeing staff argue among themselves. We asked for ketchup to take away and they didn’t have any. The lighting setup was odd: if the main switch is off, none of the lights work. So to turn on the bathroom light, you have to go to the hall and switch on the main light, which also lights up the whole bedroom.
