The House of Sun is affordable and well placed for walking to Vilnius's main sights. I liked the care put into the rooms, and the kitchen is very well equipped for cooking. One issue during my stay was another guest, who seemed to have drunk too much the night before. While I was waiting for breakfast, he stopped me, asked if I took drugs, and told me at least five times to be quieter during the waking hours, long after sunrise. He was very unfriendly. Some visitors from less gifted parts of the world sleep until midday and get annoyed if you're up earlier. That's not the hotel's fault, but perhaps a floor for long sleepers and guests who drink heavily or behave badly, separate from guests wanting an uninterrupted stay, would help.

The kitchen had everything needed for a short visit, including a professional coffee machine and utensils. Our bedroom was part of a villa with a modern rustic look, and the fresh, quality linens were a nice touch. With so many trees around the neighborhood, the stay felt especially comfortable. Everything impressed us.

Birdsong was what woke us in the morning. The room and its decoration suited the neighborhood perfectly, and I really loved the area. It was a unique experience, and I'd absolutely recommend it!

Agota and her family are really kind, and I felt at home during my wonderful stay. The rooms were bright and clean, and there's a cozy house and a big garden where you might meet a sweet dog and cat. It's a peaceful, green place. The center is about a 20-minute walk away, the bus stop is 10 minutes away, and the supermarket is an 8-minute walk.

The area was beautiful, quiet, and close to nature. The bed was comfortable and I slept well. My room was tidy and pleasant, with real paintings on the walls, though I was too tired from travelling to appreciate them much.
