Hotel A5

It was cold in our room, so I asked for a radiator. They took it away the next evening because another couple was cold too. The walls were paper-thin, and you could hear everything. Breakfast was poor, though okay. The service girl tried to open our room door without asking or warning us. Where was our privacy? On another occasion, I got stuck in the bathroom because the door jammed. My boyfriend and I couldn’t get it open, and I waited an hour before a friendly man, the only friendly one there, came to help. The door was still broken the following day. When my boyfriend asked the service woman if he could use the downstairs toilet once, she refused and said we should be happy to have a toilet in our room. Unbelievable. The hotel needs renovation and new staff. From the first night, things were terrible. There was black curly hair in the bed, so I immediately asked them to clean and change the bedding. There was black hair all over the shower too. This was the most terrible and unfriendly place I’ve ever stayed.
